Auto Transmission Treatment

Nulon Auto Transmission Treatment (G60) is an advanced chemical formulation that reduces wear and helps to extend the life of all auto transmissions. It provides additional anti-wear protection and helps prevent transmission fluid from overheating during extreme conditions such as heavy towing or hard 4x4 driving.

Nulon G60 also contains highly effective seal swell additives which helps significantly reduce oil leaks. The base carrier fluid used in the formulation of G60 is compatible with all types of automatic transmission fluids.

Automatic transmissions tend to be the most neglected major component of a vehicle. A little preventative maintenance goes a long way to extending the life of an automatic transmission. It is recommended that, automatic transmissions are serviced regularly as per manufacturer's recommendation.

An automatic transmission can be safely treated with Nulon G60 according to the application rates marked on the bottle. G60 will not affect the operation of the clutch surfaces, provided the transmission is in good operating condition. Generally Nulon G60 is used as preventative maintenance with a view to reducing wear over the long term.

G60 is very effective in reducing leaks and ensuring optimum operation of the valves, which are critical to smooth gear changes. G60 can be used as a means of diagnosis. As G60 is harmless to an automatic transmission, adding it to a transmission that is not operating properly will assist in deciding whether or not an overhaul is necessary. If G60 makes no improvement, then expensive repair work is the only course of action.

On the other hand, if it is a simple problem such as sticking valves, G60 may well remedy the problem, thus saving the owner a significant amount of money. Auto transmissions are fitted with electronic sensors and it should be noted that G60 is compatible with such sensors.

Directions for Use: Cars use 1 full bottle. Trucks use 1 bottle for every 10 litre oil capacity. Shake well before use. With engine running and vehicle in park, add contents to transmission via dipstick tube or oil filter. Drive approximately 5 minutes to circulate product. Repeat the application with each automatic service.

Note: If the transmission is due for a scheduled service, use the product after servicing for maximum benefit.

Application Rates:

Use 1 bottle for up to 10 litres capacity and for larger units use 2 bottles.
