The 2010 V8 Ute Racing Series sees Nulon as the sole lubricants supplier to all 32 race spec, 415 horsepower Ford & Holden Ute's.

Nulon's Australian Made 100% Synthetic 15W50 engine oil has been chosen and mandated as the only oil to be used in the race spec V8 Ute engines. As well as the engine oil Nulon's Gear Box Oil, Differential Oil and Power Steering Fluid will ensure the Ute's run at peak performance through the varied and often harsh race conditions such as cold Hamilton NZ to the hot and humid Northern Territories race.

Why is Nulon oil so good?

Nulon's engine oil was recently tested by the V8 Ute Category Engine Builder, Craig Hasted who was very pleased with the result. "I think the oil will be great for the engines. It's fantastic stuff and will do a great job," said Hasted.

Nulon's 15W50 was tested against thinner 15W40 competitor oil and was found to be far superior in both power output and protection. Not only does the Nulon oil offer the extra high temperature protection needed for the highly stressed, high revving race engines but the engine actually gained horsepower over the thinner oil! This is something the drivers will be very pleased about.

It's all about the AAT

We put this down to the benefit of the friction reducing "Advanced Additive Technology" (AAT) that helps reduce engine friction which in turn allows the engine to run to its optimum performance.

Over the next year Nulon will be further engaged in testing and refining the AAT formula to further increase both the protection and horsepower gained from Nulon's superior oil.
