Nulon HVI 46 Hydraulic Fluid is suitable for hydraulic systems that are subjected to a wide temperature range and operating temperatures. The specific viscosity modifiers ensure the fluid is stable at high temperatures, providing supreme anti-wear properties in highly stressed hydraulic systems including gear, vane and piston type pump systems.

The concentrated premium additive package minimises corrosion, oxidation, and foaming to ensure prolonged optimum hydraulic operation. The unique anti-corrosion additives protect the hydraulic system against rust formation due to water contamination or moisture absorption. This coupled with the oxidation inhibitors prevent the formation of harmful sludge, varnish, and oil thickening.

What is the difference between your Nulon hydraulic fluids, they all list similar specifications?

Nulon hydraulic fluids do carry similar performance specifications but do vary in viscosity. ISO32, ISO46, and ISO68 are a measure of the fluids viscosity, the higher the number the thicker the fluid. Consult your machinery handbook to determine the viscosity recommendations of the equipment manufacturer.
